The company has announced that the Samsung Galaxy M11 is receiving the One UI 3.1 Core update based on Android 11. According to user reports, the smartphone is currently receiving the update in Vietnam, but we can expect it to roll out to other regions soon. The update is also related to the April 2021 Android security patch. Samsung launched the Galaxy M11 in June 2020 and immediately launched One UI 2.0 based on Android 10. It features a punch-hole display and a triple rear camera.

According to user posts cited by SamMobile, Samsung is rolling out the Vietnam update along with the Android security patch last month. The Galaxy M11 is getting One UI 3.1 Core based on Android 11. The update has firmware version M115FXXU2BUD8 and the size of the update has not yet been disclosed. However, it is still recommended that you update your smartphone while it is connected to a reliable Wi-Fi connection and charging. To manually check for updates, go to Settings> Software Update> Download and Install.
